Robert the Bruce sterling silver coin necklace cast from an original coin from the reign of Robert the Bruce circa 1320s.

Robert the Bruce is the most famous king of Scotland, legendary for his role in the Scottish Wars of Independence and immortalised on Scottish currency old and new. One side of the coin features a left-facing bust of Robert himself holding a sceptre with a surrounding inscription "ROBERTVS DEI GRA" (Robert by the grace of God). The reverse displays a long cross patonce with a pierced mullet of five points in each quarter, and the inscription "SCOTORVM REX" (King of Scots). 

The chain is 18" sterling silver trace chain and item comes gift boxed with our Catcher and Caught branding.
